It is my honor and privilege to welcome you to another inspiring year with Delaware ACE Women’s Network (DAWN), a community dedicated to empowering women in higher education. DAWN is the statewide chapter of the American Council on Education (ACE) Women’s Network, whose mission is to support women in higher education.

We currently have Institutional Representatives from Delaware State University, Delaware Technical Community College, Goldey-Beacom College, University of Delaware, and Wilmington University. The Institutional Representatives are responsible for the operations necessary to support the organization and its events. We are committed to working collaboratively to serve the needs and interests of our members.

At DAWN, we recognize the vital contributions women make in shaping the future of higher education. Through our professional development programs, enriching networking events, and collaborative initiatives, we strive to provide resources and opportunities that support your career advancement, leadership journey, and overall well-being.
