It is my honor and privilege to welcome you to another inspiring year with Delaware ACE Women’s Network (DAWN), a community dedicated to empowering women in higher education. DAWN is the statewide chapter of the American Council on Education (ACE) Women’s Network, whose mission is to support women in higher education.

We currently have members on the DAWN Executive Committee (EC) representing Delaware State University, Delaware Technical Community College, Goldey-Beacom College, University of Delaware, and Wilmington University. The EC members are responsible for the daily operations required to run the organization and events. We are committed to working together collaboratively in service to our members.

At DAWN, we recognize the vital contributions women make in shaping the future of higher education. Through our professional development programs, enriching networking events, and collaborative initiatives, we strive to provide resources and opportunities that support your career advancement, leadership journey, and overall well-being.

As we embark on a new season of learning and engagement, I encourage you to take full advantage of the events that will be offered throughout the year. Our collective strength lies in the wisdom, experiences, and shared aspirations of this extraordinary group.
